Insomnia is kind of difficulty in fall asleep. It occurs to 1 from 10 American people. Environment can bother our sleep, such as sounds, temperature too hot or cold. Beside that, environment change such as moving to another country which has different local time can also give us sleep problems.
Too much consumption of coffee or caffeine, smoking, drinking alcohol before sleeping, can trigger insomnia. Caffeine can increase heart beats, alcohol seems to throw away vitamin B which supports our nerve system. And nicotine as nerve stimulant make us aware, so at last we can't sleep.
The worst thing, insomnia can decrease our productivity. Every those who get insomnia, they always feels sleepy in the mid day and can't concentrate for a small detail. They can't give a judgement for solving any problems. They always forget, even though the thing which just happens. They angry easily, so that there is one insomniac among us could make our day just like in a hell.
How to overcome insomnia?
